Volunteers have been a crucial component throughout Ladysmith Family and Friends’ 29 years, but that involvement is now getting even greater emphasis. The Ladysmith Volunteer Fair, organized by the Ladysmith Community Fund earlier this spring, provided community members some additional exposure to LaFF’s people and programs, which later brought a new potential volunteers to LaFF’s own volunteer appreciation event.
