LaFF sent me and my son a card because we moved to Alberta and I want to say thank you and that I miss everyone there so so much and I know my son and I are as strong as we are because of them. They really helped me through a difficult time and are amazing in every way!

We had so much fun meeting new people today, playing and doing crafts and shopping for a few useful clothing and food items. Thank you for the generous pack of art supplies with glitter glue and stickers! My daughter loves arts and crafts so much, and often has her own ideas to enhance her projects! I am so thankful for this social opportunity too, after just moving to this charming town.
We loved LaFF for giving us an opportunity to play, enjoy a snack together and meet other families. We will always remember LaFF! Thank you for all that you do. You are a valuable resource for our community and the volunteers are always so warm and welcoming.

I've been intending to write a note of thanks since my drive-thru visit last week. It was so lovely to see you all! I'm so inspired to see you still working to support the community in creative and adaptive ways. You may not feel the effects of what you're doing today, but I know they are significant. There is such a strong connection between stress, isolation, and the development of chronic illnesses. You are working to provide support, connect people and ease stressors in a genuine way. I am always working on building up my resources and strategies for handling challenges. I'm learning more and more how important it is to establish them before they are needed.
It's been a year since we met. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for being there when I needed the support the most. We had just moved into town and I gave birth to my second daughter. I had no friends, connections and little family locally lean on during those challenging days of being a mom to a toddler and a newborn. I fell in love with LaFF. You are everything I needed in these moments. Things are different from a year ago, but I still feel connected to LaFF and supported. I appreciate everything you have done to help me and my family.
Thanks so much for making our morning sunny even though the weather was not cooperating. We love you, we appreciate all you give and we see your generous hearts uplifting our community in these extraordinary times! Grateful and happy full belly’s.
